COURSE TITLE: Certificate in Principles of Team Leading    (QCF 600/7967/8)    NOCN Level 2

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Designed to provide an introduction to teacher education. Learners will gain knowledge on the roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training, inclusive teaching and learning approaches, facilitating learning and development with individuals or groups and the role of assessment in the teaching and learning process.

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

WHO IS IT FOR?

To prepare trainee teachers to teach in a wide range of contexts. It will meet the needs of a range of teachers and trainee teachers who would like to gain a qualification which focuses on practical teaching.

DURATION: 120 guided learning hours

COURSE TITLE: Introduction to Leadership and Management

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 Learn how to involve and inspire teamwork to achieve organisational goals. Understand the role of the manager and the responsibilities this carries.

COURSE TITLE: Dealing with Difficult People and Difficult Situations

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Dealing with difficult people is something many people face as part of their everyday work life. Through hands-on activities and practice exercises, delegates learn how to deal with all sorts of difficult people.
